What kind of file do I need? 

For logos you can send us an EPS or AI(Adobe Illustrator) vector file. If you don’t have vector art then we may be able to convert it to vector art for you with an artwork charge of $25.00 For 3D models you can send obj, stl, 3ds, and dxf files. For photos you can send a jpeg or bmp with at least 300 dpi.

Do you provide a proof before going into production?

Yes. We will send you a proof to approve 2-3 business days after your order is placed before going into production. If your order is a rush order you may receive your proof in 1 business day. If a 3D model has to be created first then we will send a proof after the model is ready. We ask customers to reply to proof emails within 24 hours whenever possible to avoid shipping delays. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods. Once you have approved the proof, responsibility for any mistakes shifts to the client.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order online by submitting your file and then checking out, or you can call over the phone and email your file to [email protected], or you can send us a email with your order to [email protected].

How long will my order take? 

Normal production time is 5-10 business days after the proof has been approved. We do offer rush orders which is 3-5 days with a 10% rush charge or $25 minimum. On larger bulk orders you will be given an estimated delivery date when the order is placed.

Can I make changes to my order? 

Yes. You can make changes to the artwork or proof any time prior to production. Production usually starts about 5 days after the proof has been approved. You can also add extra pieces to your order but it may delay the shipping process. 

What kind of packaging does the award come in?

All of our crystal awards come in a black padded gift box for an excellent presentation to your client. 

Is there a setup charge?

There is no setup charge as long as you provide your artwork in the above mentioned format (vector art). A setup charge will only apply if we have to convert your artwork to vector.

Do you have minimum orders?

No. You can order one of any of our pieces. Minimums only apply to custom designs.

What if my award arrives etched incorrectly?

We etch only and exactly what you approve though mistakes may happen. If you receive awards etched differently than your approved artwork we will replace your awards free of charge.
