Yes. If a bulk order of 50 or more is placed at least 4 weeks prior to the due date we may be able to offer an additional discount off the bulk order price that is listed for certain products to help meet your budget. Contact us to see what products are available for additional discounts.
You can place your order online by submitting your file and then checking out, you can call over the phone and email your file to artwork@focuz3dimages.com, or you can send us an email with your order to info@focuz3dimages.com.
For logos you can send us a EPS or AI (Adobe Illustrator) file. We can use a jpeg if it has high resolution, if not we may be able to convert it to an EPS file for you. For 3D models you can send obj, stl, 3ds, and dxf files. For photos you can send a jpeg or bmp with at least 300 dpi.
Yes. If you provide us with pictures of the image we have special 3D designers that can create a model if you don't have one.
Yes. We will send you a proof to approve 2-3 days after your order is placed before going into production. If a 3D model has to be created first we will send a proof after the model is finished.
Normal production time is 6-10 business days after the proof has been approved. We do offer rush orders which is 3-5 days with a 10% rush charge or $25 minimum. On larger bulk orders you will be given an estimated delivery date when the order is placed.
Yes. We can provide custom sizes and shapes on bulk orders of at least 50. Contact us with the details and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The 3D images will be sub-surface laser engraved inside the crystal but we offer surface engraving also that can be done in combination with sub-surface to give your crystal a unique look.
Yes. You can make changes to the artwork or proof any time prior to production. Production usually starts about 5 days after the proof has been approved. You can also add extra pieces to your order but it may delay the shipping process.
All of our crystal gifts come in a black gift box with a satin lining for an excellent presentation to your client.
Yes. We offer free samples on certain pieces. All you are required to pay is the shipping. Contact us for details about having a free sample shipped.
